Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month in the 2nd floor east Shared Space

The Youth Build Elgin program is designed to give at-risk youth in Elgin, ages 16-24, the opportunity to transform their lives by earning their high school diploma. Learn to be a community leader and prepare for college or job placement. The YouthBuild program will also provide hands-on occupational skills training in construction. 

Administered by the Office of Workforce Investment’s Division of Youth Services, YouthBuild serves more than 5,000 youth in approximately 175 YouthBuild programs in more than 40 states.
