This campaign will help us honor the legacy of our founders by making key upgrades that will allow us to thrive for another century - both in person and online.

Now, it’s our turn to ensure that First UMC Elgin is here for the next 100 years. And we know that this will mean we will need to upgrade the technology, security, and communications infrastructure.
Why? Within the next decade, thriving churches will become “digital organizations with physical locations,” and digital ministry will drive growth for in-person services.
Our goal is to raise $65,000.00 to:
- Rewire the building to support digital ministry
- Enhance the security system to include carded entry and more cameras
- Improve communication with a new phone system
