Sometimes visiting a new church can be overwhelming. You are not sure where to go, where to park, or even where to sit. At First UMC Elgin, it is our goal to help you feel comfortable. Our worship services consist of blended music, prayer, and preaching. With scripture in mind, the message is always engaging, thought-provoking, and real.

Free parking is available in the garage located directly across the street on Highland Avenue.
What do I wear?
Whether it’s your Sunday’s best or casual jeans and a shirt, visit us wearing what you feel most comfortable in.
First Sundays
On the first Sunday of each month, we take Holy Communion. Holy Communion gifts are offered to all without restrictions or requirements.
Nursery
The nursery is open on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. Our dedicated staff & team of volunteers have completed their training and are ready to welcome and care for your children while you join your friends for worship.
